Compliance & completion
Photographic evidence report
Build a clear record of the details that matter, while they are still visible on site.
What this service helps you do.
Photographs can help demonstrate how the completed dwelling matches its assessed specification. Ordellis agrees the evidence brief, reviews the photographs supplied by your site team and organises the relevant records into a project-specific report. Early coordination helps capture insulation and construction details before they are covered.
What’s included.
- A project-specific photographic evidence brief for the agreed assessment scope.
- Review and organisation of site-supplied photographs against the relevant specification.
- An indexed report identifying the dwelling, construction detail and evidence supplied.
- A clear record of missing or unclear evidence requiring follow-up.
What we need to get started.
- Dwelling addresses or plot references and the assessed specification.
- Plans and the relevant construction and building services details.
- Original site photographs with the required location and date information.
- The build programme and details of the person coordinating site evidence.
Agree the evidence requirements before work is concealed. The report records the evidence supplied; any site visits or additional photography are agreed separately in the quotation.
Your questions, answered.
When should we start collecting photographs?
At the start of construction. Agree the evidence brief early so relevant details can be photographed at the appropriate stage.
Can the report replace missing photographs?
No. A report cannot demonstrate details that were not recorded. Missing evidence is identified so the project team can agree an appropriate next step.
